Elder Roger and Evangelist Cheryl Briscoe have been members of Victory Christian Assembly since 1991. 
 

They work as a team with Agape Graduate Student Bible Study. Cheryl is an ordained Evangelist and Roger is an
ordained Elder. Their desire is to serve the Lord by serving His people.
 
Elder Frank and Alisa Destefano have been members of Victory Christian Assembly since 1993.

They conduct the "Jesus Factor" class for new Believers on Tuesday nights at the church. 

 
 
Elder Anthony and Sarah Jones have been members since Victory's inception in 1990. 

Anthony is active in the Sunday services and, along with 
Sarah, is a member of the Praise & Worship Team.  Sarah is also a teacher of Victory Children's Church.
 
Deacon Jerry Richardson has been a Victory member since 1996.

 
He serves as a Deacon and oversees the
operation of the church's sound system. 
Deacon Richardson also serves an active
role in Sunday Morning Prayer.
 
Minister Harriet Trice serves as the lead treasurer of the church. 

Harriet has been a member of Victory since 1990.
